find a relitivly close place where i can see dolphins in the wild. Could you

I'm not sure that there is whalewatching off NY, so the closest place for
you would probably in Massachusetts. It also happens to be a very good place
to go whalewatching. If you run a search on the web, you can find
information on different whalewatches in that area.
